  • Pay attention to what you eat & HOW you eat. Most of us know what kinds of foods to eat: lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, a certain amount of protein and good carbohydrates, etc. Yet, how we eat can be just as important. For example, skipping meals may cause you to have the symptoms of low blood sugar - including fatigue, irritability, and foggy thinking.
  • How often and how much we eat is also key. Many of us eat three large meals a day. Yet, some people find that they eat less, are less hungry, and have more energy if they "nibble" all day on healthy foods, just eating a little at a time.
